Since 2007 he has been involved in more than 100 high-stakes, complex commercial disputes and special cases, being instructed by private and public companies from various sectors, local governments, state-owned entities, and high-net-worth individuals.
Apart from his experience in commercial disputes, Adam is a highly regarded business criminal defense and investigations lawyer, specialising particularly in internal inquiries, business fraud and corruption, money laundering, sanctions compliance, insider trading, as well as tax-criminal law.
Before joining the firm, he headed the litigation & investigations department at an international law firm in Poland, and prior to that he held the same role at a BIG-4 firm.
