Adam Boutafenouchete


Adam has experience advising on a wide range of regulatory and compliance matters, mainly related to investment funds (including AIFMD/UCITSD), the fight against money laundering and terrorist financing (including AML/KYC), banking matters (including CRR/CRD), payment services (including PSD/EMD2), services relating to crypto-assets (including MiCAR) and investment services (including MiFID II). He regularly covers specific technical regulatory queries, licensing/authorisation procedures, and global transactions involving regulated entities. His clients include major banks, asset managers, payment and electronic money institutions, investment firms and other professionals of the financial sector.
