Representative matters

  • Equinor and Polenergia on the project financing of over EUR 6 billion for the development of the Bałtyk II and Bałtyk III offshore wind projects in Poland.
  • Green Investment Group and Corio on joint venture arrangements with Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan in relation to a global portfolio of offshore wind farm assets.
  • The lenders on the SEK 11 billion refinancing for Ellevio, an investor and developer in the electricity network sector in Sweden.
  • The lenders and SACE on the investment grade financing for GELEX, an investor and developer in the energy and utilities sectors in Vietnam.

Pro bono

  • Advising individuals on a range of housing and consumer issues at the Toynbee Hall Free Legal Advice Centre and South West London Law Centre.
  • Mentoring young people through the A&O Shearman bursary programme.
