Abdellah Regragui


Abdellah handles complex civil and commercial disputes across a range of sectors.

He represents corporate clients, including banks, financial institutions, and private equity firms, in high-stakes litigation before the state courts and in arbitration proceedings under various rules and laws. He also advises clients on dispute prevention and resolution strategies, risk management, and settlement negotiations.

With a background in corporate law, Abdellah has a deep understanding of the business and legal issues that his clients face in their transactions and operations. He has successfully handled cases involving breach of contract, fraud, shareholder disputes, insolvency, and regulatory investigations, among others.
