The Dow Chemical Company’s USD1.4 billion notes offering
A&O Shearman advised The Dow Chemical Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dow Inc. (NYSE: DOW), in connection with its offering of USD750 million aggregate principal amount of 4.800% notes due 2031 and USD650m aggregate principal amount of 5.650% notes due 2036. 

Dow is one of the world’s leading materials science companies, serving customers in high-growth markets such as packaging, infrastructure, mobility and consumer applications. Dow operates manufacturing sites in 30 countries and employs approximately 36,000 people.
