Investor confidence surges with Adani Energy Solutions Limited’s USD364 million qualified institutions placement

The QIP was oversubscribed by more than three times, underscoring strong institutional investor demand for India's energy and infrastructure sector and confidence in AESL’s growth strategy. Proceeds from the QIP will be used to fund capital expenditure across certain AESL subsidiaries, refinance existing indebtedness, support the proposed acquisition of Intellismart Infrastructure Private Limited, and for general corporate purposes.

AESL is one of India's leading integrated energy solutions providers, with operations spanning transmission, distribution, smart metering, centralized cooling and energy solutions. AESL is also India's largest private-sector transmission company.
