A&O Shearman is thrilled to announce the addition of Hannah Cassidy, a leading financial services regulatory (FSR) lawyer, as a partner in Hong Kong to lead the firm’s FSR efforts. 
Hannah has substantial experience advising financial institutions, investment managers, fintech firms, listed companies and their senior individuals on complex advisory and regulatory matters, including senior management accountability, payments, cybersecurity, market abuse, anti-money laundering, fraud and scams, client assets and complex licensing issues. Her expertise spans complex cross-border matters across Asia and other key global financial markets.
