A&O Shearman has acted as U.S. and English counsel to the initial purchasers in a USD1 billion senior notes offering by Experian Finance US, Inc., due 2036 and guaranteed by Experian plc, a global data and technology company.

The successful USD1bn offering marks a significant milestone for Experian and reflects strong investor confidence in the group’s credit and the strength of its offering.  

The A&O Shearman transaction team was led in London by partner Sachin Davé, senior associate Katrien Wilmots and associate Georges Haddad on U.S. law matters, and partner Andrew Enga, senior associate Alexander Wicks and associate Bradley Long on English law matters.
