A&O Shearman advises PKO Bank Polski on EUR500 million Tier 2 notes issuance

Bank of America, Commerzbank, Crédit Agricole CIB, ING, and PKO Bank Polski acted as joint lead managers.

The A&O Shearman team was led by counsel Łukasz Walczyna, supported by Filip Główka. Jamie Durham provided English law advice and Arkadiusz Pędzich supervised the project.
