A&O Shearman has advised ING Bank Hipoteczny on its successful issuance of PLN1bn floating rate covered bonds due 2029. The covered bonds, which will be listed on the regulated markets of both the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and the Warsaw Stock Exchange, mark a significant milestone for ING Bank Hipoteczny and attracted significant investor interest from international and Polish investors.

The A&O Shearman team was led by Łukasz Walczyna, counsel, with support from Magdalena Pigoń, associate. English law advice was provided by Jamie Durham, partner, and Linda Chausheva, associate, with overall supervision by Arkadiusz Pędzich, partner.
