A&O Shearman is advising a group of financial institutions as lenders supporting New York-based private investment firm CC Capital on the proposed AUD3.3 bn acquisition of Insignia Financial via a scheme of arrangement.

Insignia Financial Ltd is a leading Australian wealth manager with over AUD321 bn in funds under management and advice.
