A&O Shearman advised the banks on the financing of the acquisition of Emsere by Antin Infrastructure Partners, a leading French private equity firm dedicated to infrastructure investments spanning energy and environment, digital, transport and social infrastructure.
Headquartered in the Netherlands,  Emsere provides mission-critical medical equipment and related service solutions, including for clinical trials on a global scale. The company counts among its clients several of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies as well as major contract research organizations.
