A&O Shearman advises HSBC and Natixis on Eramet's EUR100 million sustainability-linked bond issue
A&O Shearman has advised HSBC and Natixis, as joint lead managers, on the issuance of sustainability-linked bonds by Eramet, a global mining and metals group, for an amount of EUR100m.

These bonds will be assimilated with the EUR500m sustainability-linked bonds due November 30, 2029 issued on May 30, 2024, with an annual coupon of 6.5%. This issue increases the total principal amount of such bonds to EUR600m.

The net proceeds of the issue of the bonds will be used for Eramet’s general corporate purposes.

The bonds are listed on Euronext Paris.
