A&O Shearman advises Bank Millennium on EUR500 million Tier 2 issuance

The transaction represents Bank Millennium’s first issuance of EUR-denominated Tier 2 notes.

The A&O Shearman team was led by Łukasz Walczyna, supported by Filip Główka. English law advice was provided by Jamie Durham. The project was supervised by Arkadiusz Pędzich.
