A&O contributes to 2023 International Comparative Legal Guide
Allen & Overy was pleased to work with the LSTA, the LMA, the APLMA and Global Legal Group on the 11th edition of the International Comparative Legal Guide: Lending and Secured Finance Laws and Regulations.
We contributed two expert analysis chapters and three jurisdiction chapters, covering updates from our U.S., European and African offices.
The guide covers common issues in lending and secured finance laws and regulations - including guarantees, collateral security, financial assistance, syndicated lending/agency/trustee/transfers and withholding, stamp and other taxes - across 34 jurisdictions.
