Allen & Overy advises Zetor on a new joint venture in India
The joint venture, VST ZETOR Pvt. Ltd., will be incorporated in India and will operate in the Indian market, offering a range of tractors and other agricultural equipment under the VST ZETOR brand. The joint venture aims to leverage the complementary strengths of ZETOR and VST, combining ZETOR’s technological expertise and quality standards with VST’s local market knowledge and distribution network.
The A&O team in Prague included partner Prokop Verner, who heads the Corporate/M&A practice in the Czech Republic, counsel Ivan Telecký and associate Martin Vykopal. Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acted as Indian law counsel for ZETOR TRACTORS a.s. with respect to the local law review of the joint venture agreement.
