Allen & Overy boosts thriving arbitration practice with new construction specialist Daniel Garton

Allen & Overy today announced that Daniel Garton has joined the firm’s International Arbitration practice as a partner in London. Daniel is an expert in Construction Arbitration and joins A&O from White & Case. 

Daniel has nearly 20 years of experience in the delivery of international construction and engineering projects and has acted on some of the world’s largest construction arbitrations. Daniel’s career has focused on the energy, transportation and digital infrastructure sectors.

He is highly experienced in all common forms of dispute resolution, including international arbitration, litigation, adjudication and mediation. He has advised clients around the globe including throughout Europe, Africa, the Middle East, the Americas and Asia Pacific. His hire is another important milestone in the development of A&O's global construction disputes practice.
