On specific mandates and at our discretion, we may instruct a carefully curated panel of preferred suppliers. Any such engagements are governed by our standard terms of business managed exclusively by the A&O Shearman Resourcing team.

All submissions from preferred suppliers must be made via our applicant tracking system and strictly in accordance with the agreed terms referenced above.

We don't accept speculative or unsolicited CVs or candidate profiles sent to any partner or employee of the firm. Any such introduction will be treated as gratuitous. The firm will accept no liability (contractual, quasi-contractual or otherwise) for any fee claimed in respect of that candidate, and we reserve the right to engage with the candidate directly in these circumstances.
