The Paris office has over 150 lawyers, including 43 partners, specializing in French, English and American law in key areas of business law, including: mergers & acquisitions, banking and finance, international capital markets, litigation, international arbitration, intellectual property, restructuring, tax, public and environmental law, employment law, competition and European law, real estate, innovation and digital.
