Zamphira focuses her practise on commercial real estate transactions for Dutch and foreign institutional investors and multinationals and advises on all aspects of tenancy law.
She advises mainly on acquisitions, sales, leases and real estate developments in connection with offices, retail centres, logistic centres and hotels.

Representative matters

A global corporate institution in the development of their massive new headquarters (72,500 sq. m.) in the Amsterdam City Centre – one of the largest urban construction projects in Western Europe, for 4,000 employees and the subsequent sale and leaseback (valued EUR 566,300,000).

A private family on the sale of its shares in a multi-jurisdictional portfolio consisting of 18 leading, luxury department stores (valued GBP 4 billion).

A global financial institution on the purchase of 21,500 m2 logistics centre and head office developed by a large Dutch investor (valued at EUR 32,800,000).

A global financial institution on the purchase (sale and lease back construction) of an existing logistics centre (valued at EUR 29,915,000).

A global financial institution on the lease and development for the new HQ of approx. 13,000 m2 office space in Amsterdam.

One of the largest real estate investment companies in Germany on the acquisition of a high-end 5 star hotel in Amsterdam (valued at EUR 260 million) (previous firm experience).

Pro bono

Through A&O Zamphira is involved as a Wrokko Ambassador, where she is mentoring and participating in events with bi-cultural young talent in relation to steps and opportunities in their career.
