Victoria’s practice encompasses contentious intellectual property matters, with a particular focus on copyright, trademarks and unfair competition / passing off.

She has experience advising international clients with complex infringement issues across a range of sectors, including media, technology, video games and entertainment at large. 
Victoria joined the firm in 2020. She graduated with a Bachelor and Master’s Degree in Private law (Paris II), a Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property (Paris XII) and an LL.M. in Intellectual Property and Information Technology law (Trinity College Dublin). 

Prior to joining the Paris office, Victoria completed several internships at international and niche law firms specializing in intellectual property litigation and transactional matters, as well as in the IP division of the Paris Judiciary Court.
