Tom has worked extensively with a range of clients, including financial services, large corporates and FinTechs, to transform their non-financial risk and compliance functions. His areas of focus include risk management and control frameworks; including with respect to operational risks, conduct risks, compliance and financial crime.

Prior to joining Consulting in 2019, Tom was a Director in EY’s risk advisory business, where he worked for eight years in both London and New York. He also spent 5 years at the FCA, as a supervisor and in the CEO’s office during the 2007-08 financial crisis, and 4 years at a UK communications regulator.
