He advises clients on a variety of derivatives transactions - including over-the-counter and exchange traded derivatives - involving different asset classes. He has experience in structured finance and securitization transactions, in which he advises on regulatory aspects. Tilman works with a range of clients, including investment banks, asset managers, private equity funds and market infrastructure companies.
 
His experience also includes a secondment at a large international bank in the debt capital markets legal team as well as a secondment at the firm's London office.
