Sinead O'Connor

Head of Litigation

As the Head of Litigation for Advanced Delivery Legal (ADL), Sinead leads a team of over 60 lawyers who provide legal services for the firm's global dispute and investigation practice areas, such as: commercial litigation, investigations, employment, arbitration and intellectual property. 

Sinead and her team use flexible resourcing and technology to deliver efficient and effective solutions for large scale disclosure and fact finding reviews, chronologies, privilege logs, legal research, witness statements and expert due diligence. Sinead’s team also includes junior, mid-level and senior associates who can provide end-to-end associate support during the life cycle of a dispute or investigation. Sinead’s team are frequently seconded to offices throughout the network and client sites to provide resource and support during critical phases of a matter.

Sinead's main practice area is supporting the firm's US offices, especially New York, Boston and Washington DC, in investigations and litigation. She also oversees the Scientific and Technical Analyst (STA) team, which consists of ten PhD qualified scientists from life sciences and TMT backgrounds, who handle technical and scientific subject matter in disputes, with a focus on patent litigation.

Sinead is a New York qualified litigator with almost ten years of experience in New York, before joining the firm in 2016. She has represented a variety of private and commercial clients in diverse matters, such as: products liability, contract disputes, medical malpractice, commercial property damage, natural disasters and premises liability.
