Sarah specialises in commercial and civil law litigation.

She represents clients before the Belgian courts in various sectors and industries. She also has experience in arbitration, both ad hoc and under the rules of CEPANI, the Belgian Centre for Arbitration and Mediation. Sarah advises clients on contractual matters as well, such as drafting general terms and conditions and drafting, negotiating and terminating agreements. She has in-depth knowledge of agency law, having handled a major file involving the restructuring of the independent agency network of a leading bank. 

Sarah works with international corporates, banks, SMEs and charity organisations, providing them with practical and tailored advice and representation on various aspects of civil and commercial law. She combines a commercial vision with strong legal skills to deliver effective solutions for her clients. 

Sarah is passionate about charity work and co-manages the social impact work for the Belgian office. In this role, she frequently interacts with charity organisations.
