She also has experience in arbitration, both ad hoc and under the rules of CEPANI, the Belgian Centre for Arbitration and Mediation. Sarah advises clients on contractual matters as well, such as drafting general terms and conditions and drafting, negotiating and terminating agreements. She has in-depth knowledge of agency law, having handled a major file involving the restructuring of the independent agency network of a leading bank.
Sarah works with international corporates, banks, SMEs and charity organisations, providing them with practical and tailored advice and representation on various aspects of civil and commercial law. She combines a commercial vision with strong legal skills to deliver effective solutions for her clients.
