She has a regulatory background, having started her career as a risk management graduate and compliance analyst at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and an Analyst in the Mergers Investigations team at the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.

As a consultant , Rosie has supported a wide range of financial services clients in preparing for regulatory reviews from APRA and ASIC, or to prepare themselves for upcoming regulatory change. She has supported clients on large-scale remediation projects, and has led a key workstream for an independent expert review. She also regularly advises clients on the design and implementation of governance, risk, culture and compliance programs.
