Marks and Spencer Group plc on the acquistion of 50% of Ocado's on-line retail business, the joint venture with Ocado and the related GBP750m rights issue.

BTG plc on its GBP3.3bn recommended takeover by Boston Scientific.

Cobham plc on its GBP4bn recommended takeover by Advent International.

The Sage Group plc on the GBP232m disposal of its Sage pay business.
