Megan advises on a wide range of English and Dutch law transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, multi-jurisdictional restructurings, joint ventures and management incentive plans. 

Megan works with multi-national corporates and investment companies across jurisdictions and in multiple sectors including technology, infrastructure and consumer products.

Megan is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales and practiced law in London prior to joining the Amsterdam office of the firm.

Cargill on its acquisition of Croda’s bio-based industrial business for EUR 915m. 

3i Infrastructure plc and DWS Group GmbH on the sale of Attero, one of the largest waste treatment and recycling companies in the Netherlands, to Ardian Infrastructure. 

EQT on its sale of Bureau van Dijk, a leading global provider of business intelligence and company information, to Moody’s Corporation for EUR 3bn. 

Egeria on its acquisition of Sonic Equipment, global specialist in professional hand tools, filled toolboxes and premium storage solutions, from Torqx Capital Partners. 

Egeria on its sale of WPS Parking Solutions, a provider of cloud-based parking management solutions, to Certina. 

Olam International Limited on its entry into a 50/50 joint venture with Mondēlez International, Inc. to develop the world’s largest sustainable commercial cocoa farm.

VanEck Associates on the acquisition of Think ETF Asset Management, a Dutch ETF issuer, from BinckBank and Flow Traders. 

Vier Gas Participation GmbH on the acquisition of a 25% stake from Synergy Solutions Group B.V in Route4Gas, a Dutch developer of a new, innovative software solution for traders in the European gas market.
