Lachlan works on a broad range of debt capital markets transactions, including standalone bonds, EMTN programmes, regulatory capital and green, social and sustainable issuances.
He has acted for both lead managers and issuers in relation to bonds issued by financial institutions, corporates, sub-sovereigns and government corporations.
