Katerina Hajná became a Junior Czech Lawyer in the firm after she graduated from Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno, in 2008.
Katerina has been involved in a number of major corporate transactions, including, cross-border mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. She practises general corporate law. Katerina also took part in several corporate due diligence exercises and provided advice on public procurement, insurance matters and general corporate legal issues arising in the course of business.

ReSearch Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. on its simultaneous acquisition of three clinical research operators in France, Spain and Germany from seven sellers, with consideration being paid in partly in cash and partly in shares of the acquirer.

Wolseley plc in connection with the acquisition of business of GAMA bohemia s.r.o. and shares in Gama Myjava s.r.o., the main distributors of heating, plumbing and sanitary ware operating in the Czech and Slovak republics.

One of the world's leading international retailers in respect of the proposed acquisition of local Plus Discount retail chain in the Czech Republic.
