Since joining in January 2014, John has worked on a wide variety of corporate matters and is a senior member of ADL's Corporate team. He has extensive experience working on corporate transactions involving due diligence relating to various international mergers and acquisitions, disposals and refinancings together with 10b-5 reviews in preparation for IPOs.

He is well versed in project managing large-scale multi-jurisdictional matters, which includes preparing and drafting transactional documents/reports as well as co-ordinating input from lawyers globally. John has considerable experience in drafting, negotiating and coordinating processes for Non-Disclosure Agreements for large corporate investment/private equity/pharmaceutical clients.

In addition has managed large-scale document intensive review exercises utilising various legal technology tools. He also has experience managing small- and large-scale redaction exercises.
