Joanne has over 16 years’ experience in advising on all aspects of Employment law, specialising in Tribunal Litigation.
She has particular expertise in defending high-value complex whistleblowing claims. Joanne also has extensive experience in discrimination claims as well as advising on the employment and TUPE implications of corporate transactional work across multi-jurisdictional projects. Joanne also regularly advises on large-scale redundancies and business restructures as well as day to day HR issues, such as disciplinary and grievance matters. She was highlighted in Chambers and Partners for her “dedication to the job” and for having “proven to be extremely technical and achieves successful outcomes”.
