Jo joined Allen & Overy in 2015 and is responsible for the delivery of the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion strategy. She began her career as a tax adviser before moving into Diversity and Corporate Responsibility and she has more than 20 years experience in professional service firms. She has a wide range of experience in designing and delivering culture change programmes that helps to increase diversity and improve inclusive working practices.
A&O Shearman was formed on May 1, 2024 by the combination of Shearman & Sterling LLP and Allen & Overy LLP and their respective affiliates (the legacy firms). Any matters referred to above may include matters undertaken by one or more of the legacy firms rather than A&O Shearman.
