His main practice areas are buy-side acquisitions (including auctions), sell-side divestments and corporate advice. He also advises clients in relation to commercial contract law. Jari graduated from Radboud University in 2022, where he obtained a master’s degree in Corporate law (LL.M., cum laude), and joined the firm in May 2022.
Jari specialises in corporate law with a focus on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions for both private equity and strategic (corporate) investors.
