Jacquelyn Watson


Jacquelyn Watson is an associate in the Compensation, Governance & ERISA practice. She advises on a variety of compensation-related matters, particularly in M&A transactions and capital markets. She regularly advises both U.S. and non-U.S. companies on corporate governance matters, including reporting obligations under Sections 13 and 16 of the Securities Exchange Act, as well as on tax law compliance and employment arrangements.

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. in connection with its pending $13.1 billion merger with Black Knight, Inc.

Mother Lode Holding Co. in connection with its acquisition by First American Financial Corporation.

Globo Comunicação e Participações S.A. in connection with its offering of $400 million sustainability-linked notes and a debt tender offer in respect of any and all of its outstanding senior notes.

Chesapeake Energy Corporationin connection with its $450 million disposition to Continental Resources, Inc. of Powder River Basin oil and gas assets located in Wyoming.
