Her experience also spans various areas of European and US regulation, including data protection, cyber and physical security, stress testing and depositor protection.
Prior to joining Consulting by A&O Shearman in 2022, Helen was a Manager in Grant Thornton’s Business Risk and Financial Services Business. During this time, she undertook a year secondment to a Tier 1 Bank to support their remediation programme following her involvement in an end-to-end review of their compliance with the EU Deposit Guarantee Scheme (DGSD) and supporting local legislation.
