Giovanni has more than 30 years' experience in M&A – both domestic and cross-border – assisting primary Italian and foreign operators in a variety of deals, including private equity transactions, public takeovers, mergers and spin-offs, as well as joint ventures.

His broad experience spans various industry sectors, including financial services, energy, transport, telecoms, food & beverage, industrial and the fashion industry.

Giovanni is recognized in the 2024 edition of The Best Lawyers in Italy™ in the private equity and corporate areas. He was also listed as one of the “Best 50 Italian Lawyers of the Year 2016” by Legalcommunity.
