Geraldine Gazali


Geraldine is a lawyer in the Corporate team.
She has experience in a wide range of private and public M&A transactions including capital raisings and IPOs, with a particular focus on the mining and energy sector, frequently on a cross-border basis. She also has experience in other practice groups including Projects and Banking & Finance.


Pro bono

Working with a UK-based not-for-profit organisation to publish legal reports relating to the prohibition of female genital mutilation (FGM) in Asia.

Assisting an Australian charity to change its legal structure from being an incorporated association to a company limited by guarantee.

Worked with an Australian charity to draft a partnership agreement on an agricultural project it has with the Australian Government.

Advised an Australian charity on their legal obligations with respect to data storage and privacy.
