Florian advises industrial corporations, strategic investors, private equity investors and banks on M&A transactions and complex intra-group reorganisations as well as on all issues related to corporate law, with a focus on regulated industries.
Before joining the legal practice, Florian worked as a legal trainee in the German corporate practice group of the firm and an international pharmaceutical company.

  • House of HR, a leading European personnel service provider on several acquisition in the German market, in particular the acquisition of SOLCOM, a German IT service provider and pluss Personalmanagement GmbH, a German personnel provider specializing in healthcare HR.
  • A multinational financial institution on the acquisition of MCE Bank GmbH from Mitsubishi Corporation.
  • CropEnergies, the leading European manufacturer of renewable ethanol, on the delisting tender offer from Südzucker AG and the subsequent delisting from the regulated market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
  • A multinational financial institution on the joint venture with big German banks to fund the blockchain platform SWIAT.
  • Several clients in a variety of industries on intra-group and/or cross-border reorganisations, in particular pursuant to the German Transformation Act.
  • The ultimate shareholder of Alfred Jäger GmbH, a manufacturer of spindles and high-performance motors, on the sale of the company to Japanese NAKANISHI INC.
