Before joining the legal practice, Florian worked as a legal trainee in the German corporate practice group of the firm and an international pharmaceutical company.

A multinational financial institution on the acquisition of MCE Bank GmbH from Mitsubishi Corporation.

CropEnergies, the leading European manufacturer of renewable ethanol, on the delisting tender offer from Südzucker AG and the subsequent delisting from the regulated market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
