Enrique has experience advising in corporate transactions for both domestic and cross-border clients.
He has also advised several leading listed and non-listed companies and has experience in a variety of corporate work, including M&A deals, joint-ventures, commercial contracts, W&I insurance policies, corporate restructuring, due diligence process and Board secretary duties. Enrique has experience managing multi-jurisdictional transactions and teams on diverse matters, with special emphasis in the energy & infrastructure sector.
