Eneko advises industrial and private equity clients on a wide range of domestic and cross-border deals, including M&A transactions, joint ventures and restructurings in different sectors, such as life sciences, IT, education and infrastructure. 
He has collaborated as a lecturer at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (UC3M).
