Emmie Ellison


Emmie has experience in employment related litigation, particularly in the areas of unfair dismissal and discrimination, working across a range of sectors. Emmie regularly advises clients on redundancy exercises, disciplinary and grievances, and whistleblowing to provide strategic and considered solutions. She also provides bespoke non-contentious advice to clients involving contracts, internal policies and provides corporate support on transactions.

Emmie was recognised in Legal 500 in 2019 for having “the ability to distil complex issues in cases”.


Pro bono

Advising a number of non-profit organisations (including those, which provide social security, immigration and asylum advice) on various employment policies and procedures.
