Christian Drilon

Associate

Ian is an Associate in our New York securitization and structured finance practice.

He has experience advising arrangers and issuers in a range of Rule 144A and Regulation S securitizations, which include collateralized loan obligations, covered bonds, and mortgage-backed securities.

Prior to joining the firm, Ian has represented local and international clients on domestic and cross-border mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, and project finance transactions in the Philippines.
