Chantal advises on various aspects of mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, joint ventures and private equity deals in domestic and cross-border transactions.
She holds a master’s degree in International and European Tax Law from Maastricht University and completed her bachelor's degree in European Law School Maastricht University with a specialization in business law.
She joined Allen & Overy in 2022 and was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar (Liste II) in 2023.
