Caleb is an Associate in the New York securitization and structured finance practice.
He has experience working in West Africa on cross-border deals at the intersection of finance, energy and projects, including advising lenders and borrowers on syndicated lending transactions, project finance and corporate lending structures. He has particular experience working with multi-lender financing structures.
