Beatrice advises on a wide range of employment and labour law matters with particular experience in reorganisations, restructurings and transfers of undertakings, as well as corresponding litigation.

She further has large expertise advising on the deployment of external personnel. Her expertise also includes the conclusion and termination of employment and service relationships.

Beatrice works with German and international clients, with a focus on the transport and logistics industry. She has practised in employment and labour law for over 8 years.

Airline on employment law regarding the closure of 8 sites in Germany.

Airline on employment law litigation regarding defence against TUPE claims.

Logistics company on investigations regarding illegal labour leasing with potential fines of up to several EUR 100 million.

Company in the healthcare sector on defence against allegations of illegal labour leasing of almost 1,000 individuals.
