She previously worked 22 months for the Corporate department, primarily focusing on M&A with a particular focus on private equity. Barbara joined the firm in April 2019 after graduating from the University of Leiden in Corporate Law.
Barbara focusses on employment law in a broad sense including individual and collective dismissals, reorganisations, transfer of undertaking, works councils, transactions, collective bargaining agreements, social security matters and employer liability.
