He has experience in all permits and soil related matters, such as general advisory in the context of a transaction, due diligence assessment, feasibility studies of real estate projects and permits disputes in both Brussels-Capital and Walloon Regions.
Atdhe holds a specialized master in environmental law and public real estate law from the Université Saint-Louis - Bruxelles. His master thesis was also awarded with a prize from the Belgian Federal Commission for Electricity and Gas Regulation.
Atdhe provides advice to clients on real estate transactions - asset and share deals - and has experience in public real estate law, including zoning and planning, soil and permits.
