Arkadiusz advises banks, private credit lenders and sponsors on a wide spectrum of leveraged finance and fund finance transactions.

His leveraged finance experience includes syndicated and private credit financings involving both top tier and mid-market sponsors. His fund finance work includes advising lenders and investment funds on complex subscription line, NAV and hybrid ‘NAV/sybscription’ fund finance transactions.

Arkadiusz has also gained a valuable local counsel experience during his work in Luxembourg office of Allen & Overy LLP which helped him to develop a holistic transactional perspective by advising clients on both English and Luxembourg law aspects of finance transactions

A global financial institution as a lead arranger on USD1.33bn best efforts syndication process to refinance the existing TLB for an independent energy and commodity price benchmarks provider, controlled by a leading global growth equity investor.

The private debt lenders in respect of the EUR300m refinancing of the leveraged acquisition by Blackstone of the Schenck Group, the multinational technology giant.

Brookfield on the financing for its acquisition of Greenergy Fuels Limited, the UK’s largest supplier of road fuels.

A global financial institution in respect of USD205m hybrid NAV/sub-line financing to a leading global multi-strategy investment management firm.
