She has experience in advising both managers and issuers on the full spectrum of domestic and international capital market transactions, including straight debt, covered bonds and regulatory capital issuances. She advised on the first international covered bond programme established by a Polish mortgage bank.

Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, the Polish state development bank, on updates of a EUR15bn EMTN programme and drawdowns under it.
The European Investment Bank on subscribing for EUR1.8bn bonds issued by Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego and guaranteed by the State Treasury. The issue proceeds financed the Ukraine Support Fund established to support Ukrainians affected by the war in Ukraine.
PKO Bank Hipoteczny on establishing its international mortgage covered bonds programme, updates of the programme and drawdowns under the programme. This is the first international covered bond programme established by a Polish mortgage bank.
